Has my Rookie & Co. order been shipped?

All of our orders take between 3-5 business days to process once we receive your order plus shipping time.  Every order that is processed through our system will receive an Order Confirmation email to the nominated email address.

If you did not receive the Order Confirmation email it is highly likely we did not receive your order (remember to check your Junk Mail folder).

Once your order leaves our facility you will receive another email notifying you that your order is on its way. Standard shipping within Australia is 3-5 business days. Express shipping within Australia is 1-2 business days. However, Australia Post is currently experiencing domestic and international delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes.

Please allow 7 business days to contact us after receiving your Order Confirmation email.  Sometimes we experience delays and we're really sorry.
